What's our process

Step 1: Project scoping

  • Align goals (Problem statement and requirement)

  • Timelines 

  • Initial design strategy plan

Step 2: Content planning

  • Structure: Outline the content hierarchy. Decide on the main message, secondary content, and any additional information (e.g., CTA buttons, links).

  • Copywriting: Create concise, compelling copy. Headlines should be attention-grabbing, and the body text should be easy to read.

  • Visual Assets: Gather or create images, icons, and other visual elements that will support the content.

Step 3: Design

  • Choose a Template or Start from Scratch: Decide between using a pre-made email template or designing a custom one.

  • Brand Consistency: Align with your brand’s colors, fonts, and logo.

  • Typography: Pick web-safe, readable fonts and adjust size and spacing for clarity.

  • Visual Hierarchy: Guide readers with varied font sizes, colors, and spacing.

  • Imagery: Use relevant, optimized images or icons.

  • CTA Buttons: Ensure CTA buttons are clear, prominent, and clickable on all devices.

Step 4: Inbox testing and proof reading

  • Check for any typos or grammatical errors.

  • Ensure all links, including the CTA buttons, work correctly.

  • Add alt text to all images for accessibility and in case images don't load.

  • Make sure there's an easy-to-find unsubscribe link, as it's required by law in many regions.

Step 5: Hand over

  • Final Design File (Figma and HTML)

Dev assistance (for dynamic emails)

  • Conduct UI and functional testing, implement necessary revisions.

  • Test dynamic changes (Eg. Name, customer personal info, etc.)

  • Ensure all links, including the CTA buttons, work correctly.

Post-launch analysis

  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates.
